Derivatives are futures contracts continuously traded on a regulated market, the use of which enables investors to reflect future expectations about the value of an underlying asset or index. The price of a derivative product is directly linked to the price progress of other, primary products, such as shares, share indices, bonds, currencies or commodities. The services offered in the ASE derivatives market, include reception and execution of client instructions concerning derivatives with underlying assets, indices and shares traded on the ASE.

Repos Contracts against ATHEXClear or on another bilateral basis on:
- shares which fall under the Main Market Category and constitute an underlying security
- shares involved in an index that constitutes a Derivatives’ underlying security
- shares for which Market Making is exercised or is going to be exercised
- Units of Exchange Traded Funds.
