- Communication between us via landline telephones will be replaced by the use of cell phone calls by executives on a case-by-case basis. For this reason, we would like to draw your attention to the cell phone numbers of our company personnel who mainly serve you.

- Every business unit as well as all operational parts of our company will continuously be in position to assist and serve you in relation to any matter relating to your cooperation with our company.

- We urge you to ensure that you have notified us of your current contact information, especially your mobile phone number and email address, to our company: Provided that you have informed us of your valid contact details, our communication is not be disrupted!

- Our call center and email address will continue to respond to your calls and messages respectively, during business hours and days.
