Euroxx Trade Plus Euroxx, in the context of its services and operations, may collect personal data from its customers, as well as from visitors and users of the Website's services. Specifically, it may collect the following:
A. Data collected in the context of Euroxx's operations.
- In the context of a pre-contractual and contractual relationship between Euroxx and the customer.
(a) What data is collected:
In fulfilling our obligations, both during the pre-contractual phase and during the execution of our contract with our customers, we collect and process personal data, such as:
i. Identification details:
Surname, First Name, Spouse's Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, ID Number or Passport Number, Date and Issuing Authority, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Tax Office, Country of Tax Residency, Social Security Number, etc.
ii. Contact details:
Street, Number, City, Postal Code, and Region/Country, Home and Work Phone Numbers, Mobile Phone Number, Fax, and Email.
iii. Employment status:
Profession, Street, Number, City, Postal Code, and Region/Country.
iv. Bank account details:
Bank, IBAN, bank account number.
v. Proof of the origin of funds to be invested:
Tax clearance certificates, contracts of sale of assets, documents for acquiring assets through inheritance or will, bank account statements, etc.
(b) Purposes of processing - legal basis:
The above collection and processing of personal data aim to identify and generally communicate with the customer during both the pre-contractual and contractual phases, to execute and transmit orders and to provide investment and ancillary services. Additionally, the collection and processing of the aforementioned data aim to communicate and inform customers for the better utilization of Euroxx's products and services, in pursuit of Euroxx's legitimate interests.
Finally, the processing of customer data is necessary for Euroxx's compliance with its legal obligations (e.g., preventing and combating money laundering), complying with obligations imposed by the applicable legal and regulatory framework, as well as with the decisions of competent supervisory or other authorities or courts.
- In the context of assessing the compatibility or suitability of the customer, as well as determining the target market.
(a) What data is collected:
The data provided by the customer by filling out the questionnaire includes:
i. Personal Information:
Investor Type, Marital Status, Current Employment of Children, Nationality, Education Level, etc.
ii. Investment Profile:
Investment Experience, Familiarity with categories of Financial Instruments and to what extent, frequency of annual transaction training and in what amount, and the current composition of the Client’s investments.
iii. Investment Goal - Risk Profile:
Age, primary objective of the Client in making investments, investment horizon, percentage of available funds the client intends to invest, risk tolerance.
iv. Financial data:
Regular annual income, professional activity and status, common assets with relatives, current and future sources of income, income sources, main assets, regular financial obligations, and fixed monthly expenses.
(b) Purposes of processing - legal basis:
The purpose of processing is to assess the investment experience and knowledge of the customer, the investment profile of the customer to provide investment services that meet their needs, to assess the compatibility of an investment service, a specific transaction, or a specific financial instrument in relation to the customer, to assess suitability when providing investment advice or portfolio management services, and to categorize the customer in the target market of financial instruments for which transactions are intended in the context of regulatory requirements for product governance. The collection and processing of the said data are necessary for the execution of the contract between Euroxx and the customer, as well as for serving Euroxx's legitimate interests.
B. Data collected through the Euroxx Website (www.euroxx.gr)
- Registration and use of the applications “Z Trade” and its latest version, “EUROXX ZTRADEPLUS” (Open an Account).
(a) What data is collected:
In order to access the applications of the Website, and provided that you meet the registration requirements, we will ask you to provide certain information, such as: Surname, First Name, Patronymic, ID Number, TIN, email address, and trading code.
(b) Purposes of processing - legal basis:
The above collection and processing of personal data aim at registering you in the aforementioned applications, which provide users with certain functionalities such as: (a) electronic submission of orders for transaction execution, (b) provision of electronic updates, (c) provision of electronic information, as specifically detailed in the “Internet Trading Service Agreement.” The legal basis for the processing of the above data is the execution of the aforementioned agreement between the Company and the customer.
- Subscription to the electronic newsletter.
(a) What data is collected:
If you wish to be informed about our news, you can subscribe through the Website to the “newsletter subscription” service. In this case, we only collect the necessary data for processing, namely your email address.
(b) Purposes of processing - legal basis:
By subscribing to the newsletter service, you will receive informative emails regarding our activities, current events, or our new products and services. The processing is based on your consent, as you voluntarily enter your email to express your wish to subscribe to the newsletter. For security reasons, your registration is completed only if you confirm your desire to receive our updates through a related confirmation email we send you. At any time you wish, you can request the cancellation of receiving the newsletter through the unsubscribe option.

You can contact us for any issue concerning our Company and our services by sending a related request/question using the “Contact Form” available at the following link: https://www.euroxx.gr/gr/contact. The data that is mandatory to be filled out during the completion of the Contact Form includes your name and surname, your email, and any comments you wish to submit. If you wish, you can also provide information regarding the subject you are contacting us about, so that your comment/request is more easily forwarded to the appropriate department.
(b) Purposes of processing - legal basis:
The purpose of processing is to better serve you and to promptly address any comments/requests or complaints you may have. The processing is based on our legitimate interest to respond promptly to your requests, serve our customers, and provide high-quality services, continuously improving our service delivery.
