Transmission of Personal Data

Euroxx may transmit the personal data it collects to third parties in order to fulfill its contractual, legal, or regulatory obligations, as well as to safeguard its legitimate interests. Specifically, Euroxx may transfer personal data, including, but not limited to:

• Third parties collaborating with it for facilitating or executing investment transactions (e.g., connected representatives, brokers, etc.),
• Partner companies that provide Euroxx with related services, such as insurance companies, law firms, etc. In any case, these companies are contractually bound to Euroxx, ensuring confidentiality obligations and all obligations set forth by data protection legislation.
• Public authorities and other independent authorities (e.g., police departments, prosecuting authorities, Athens Stock Exchange, Capital Markets Commission, etc.).

In cases where the transmission concerns a country outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), Euroxx must verify whether:

• The Commission has issued a relevant adequacy decision for the third country to which the transfer will take place.
• Appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Regulation for the transfer of such data.

Otherwise, the transfer to a third country is prohibited, and the Company cannot transmit personal data to that country unless one of the specific exceptions provided by the Regulation applies (e.g., explicit consent from the data subject and information about the risks of the transfer, the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract at the request of the data subject, there are public interest reasons, it is necessary for the establishment of legal claims and vital interests of the data subjects, etc.).
